Business for Good Sector Development Program 2025-27
The Business for Good Sector Development Program 2025-27 is an initiative of the Government of South Australia’s Office for Small and Family Business and the South Australian Small Business Strategy 2023 – 2030. Delivered in partnership by the South Australian Social Enterprise Council (SASEC) and Collab4Good, the 2-year Business for Good Program will support South Australian (SA) small social enterprise businesses with key business fundamentals to strengthen their knowledge, capacity and capability to deliver social, environmental and economic outcomes for SA with long-term business sustainability and growth. The Business for Good Program includes the following key activities:
Who is the program for? Social enterprises, First Nations owned businesses or B Corps who are already championing good social and/or environmental impact through business: the Business for Good program is here to help you go further. Traditional small businesses interested in how you might create more social impact, be more environmentally sustainable and/or recruit for diversity: the Business for Good program is here to support you to do so. |

You are welcome to join the Business for Good program and access all program activities if your business meets all of the following eligibility criteria:
If any of the criteria don't apply to your business there may still be some activities you can access. Please get in touch at hello@sasec.org.au. This program is a space for shared learning and respectful collaboration, to participate in our activities in a way that is safe for you and others, we request that you adhere to our Code of Conduct. |
Is there a cost to participate? Please be aware that activities attract a small fee as a co-contribution. Activities will be ticketed via Humanitix, with the appropriate fee.

Each group workshop provides structured information, advice and real-world tools to help you develop key skills and drive the growth of your business and deepen your impact. Catch-Up with SASEC! Join our bi-monthly catch up hosted at the Duke of Brunswick Hotel. An informal opportunity to meet and connect with other social entrepreneurs or ecosystem supporters. Coaching sessions can be delivered online or in-person, depending on what works best for you and your coach. Online access ensures that businesses based in regional South Australia can also participate. We strongly encourage applications from First Nations businesses, social enterprises, culturally diverse businesses, women-owned businesses, disability enterprises, and regional South Australian businesses.
